2 dl växtmjölk
1 banan
1 msk RED Bärpulver
1 msk Collagen
1 kryddmått cayennepeppar ( cayennepeppar sätter också fart på förbränningen)!

Purple smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

1 bag Nordic Beauty Remedy - Collagen, Blueberries & Algae

1 frozen Banana

2 dl Blueberries

1 dl Plantbased milk

Do this:

Top with banana, strawberries, sunflower seeds and coconut, and sprinkle with a little extra Nordic Beauty Remedy if you want!

Red Smoothie Bowl

Lingonberries, red currants & cranberry smoothie

Mix your favorite vegetables together

2.5 dl coconut / cashew / oats or almond milk

2 teaspoons RED berry powder (lingonberries, red currants, cranberries)

Top with chufa chrunch, coconut and fresh berries!

Green Smoothie

1 teaspoon Green Powder

1 Banana

5-6 frozen Spinach bits

1 small bit Ginger

1/2 Lemon

2,5 dl Plantbased Milk

1/2 Avocado

Blue Smoothie Bowl

1 portion

2 teaspoons blue berrypowder

1,5 dl blueberries

1,5 raspberries

1 passion frukt

Top with granola, coconut, blueberries, and blue berry powder.
